Narender Modi at BRICS Summit | Blinken In Israel For Ceasefire Push 

Kazan, Russia — Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Kazan for the BRICS Summit. He will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is Modi’s second trip to Russia this year, after visiting Moscow in July.

Jerusalem, Israel — U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Israel to discuss a ceasefire in Gaza. He will meet Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to talk about the ongoing conflict and possible solutions.

Beijing, China — China has said it has reached an agreement with India about their disputed border. India confirmed that they have made a deal for military patrols along the border.

London, UK — The British government plans to lend nearly $3 billion to Ukraine as part of a larger package from G7 countries. This funding, backed by frozen Russian Central Bank assets, will help Ukraine buy weapons and rebuild damaged infrastructure.

Kyiv, Ukraine — Ukraine’s air force reported that it shot down 42 out of 60 drones launched by Russia in a recent overnight attack. The drones were intercepted over various parts of Ukraine.
